verythat: I’m not sure if this is too much. I’m borderline cyber bullying my 9 year old cousin.  This is a held harmless year. Student’s promotion standards are basically on hold for a year. The data that’s gathered from this year’s test takers will be used to create the STAAR test that can hold students back from grade promotion, next year. Tell your cousin not to sweat it…new information is coming out everyday day about these tests, and they have not even been created yet. She will do fine, because she has family members like you, that care about her and her education.
